What carat are the gold bars you sell?

Our bars are 24 Carat Gold which means they are 99.99% pure gold.

How can I trust BullionGiant?

We have over 10 years of experience in the gold trade and have served 1000’s of customers all who have been extremely satisfied.

Why do you only sell gold bars?

We believe in keeping our offering small and simple. From our customer feedback they prefer to buy gold bars in gram weight which is why we have decided to offer a range of gold bars in varying gram weights.

Do the bars you sell come with certificates and serial numbers?

The majority of the larger bars we sell (100 gram and above) will come with a certificate and serial number.


What is the cost of delivery?

We offer free insured delivery. There is no extra cost for delivery.

Can I collect my gold in person?

Yes you can collect your gold in person, however due to strict security measures no gold is kept at our registered office. If you would like to collect, please contact us first so we can arrange this.

Can I ship to a different delivery address?

Unfortunately not, the items will only be sent to address that is linked to the payment card or stated on your ID. We will not deliver to any other address.

Which delivery company do you use?

Most of our orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which means you will need to sign for your parcel. This is a fully tracked service.

What shall I do if my package is damaged?

If your package is damaged or looks like it has been tampered with please reject delivery. The parcel will then be returned to us.

When should I expect my parcel?

We will email you once your item(s) have been dispatched. Dispatch can vary from 3-5 days. Once dispatched you should receive your parcel the next day.

What happens if I am not at home to sign for the parcel?

In this case the delivery company will leave you a card to say they attempted to deliver. There will be details on the card on how you can either rearrange delivery or collect the item from your local parcel office.


What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment by debit card, credit card, bank transfer or finance:

Debit Card payments are limited to £1000
Credit Card payments are limited to £1000

We have no limit on Bank Transfers.

Finance is available (subject to approval) for up to £2500.

Do you charge VAT on your gold bars?

No, all our gold bars are classed as investment gold which means they are exempt from VAT. You will not need to pay any VAT. The price that is listed is the total price you pay.

Why am I being asked for ID?

On some rare occasions our bank will ask us to verify a payment that has been made.

They will do this by asking for certain documents from the customer.

We will usually ask for:

Photo ID. This can either be your Passport or Driving Licence
Proof of Address. This must be dated within the last 3 months and can be a bank statement or utility bill.

Why is the price of your gold higher than the market price?

The market price relates to the sale of 12.5KG gold bars on a large volume basis. This price is only available to large established banks and not individuals. The prices of our gold bars are priced extremely competitive and are checked every day.
